Davenport Transportation Consulting (DTC, formerly JDE) provided 48-hour classification counts in the Hampton Road area. These counts were performed for the Virginia Department of Transportation. Data was recorded for 64 locations throughout the Hampton Roads area.   Several of the locations required traffic control for work zone safety.
