Davenport Transportation Consulting (DTC, formerly JDE) provided traffic signal design modification for two signalized intersections in the town’s central business district. The project was part of a downtown revitalization project.  Services included providing plans and specifications to remove existing detector loop equipment and replace with camera detection at the intersections of Mecklenburg Street and Danville Street, and Atlantic Avenue and Mecklenburg Street.
